Students will be expected to:

a)define PA

b) Identify the methods of PA

c) Examine the objectives of PA

d)  Examine the process associated with evaluating employee performance. 

This course is concerned with the state of relationship that exists between employers,workers and their organization within an organization setting. Therefore it includes individual relations and joint consultation between employers and workers at their place of work. The course will take six for it's completion.

You will be expected to:

1. Define the terms used in industrial labour and relations.

2. Discuss the historical background of labour law.

3. Outline the sources of labour law and industrial relations.
